Elizabeth Lin / Senior Fellow

Liz is a Senior Fellow at Newbigin House with a focus on race and culture. Here, she teaches courses in the Newbigin Year and seminars for the Newbigin Fellows. Alongside her work with NHS, she is the co-founder of Progressive Asian American Christians, an online community with over 3000 members and local meetups in eight cities. Liz also writes about race and culture and speaks about Asian Americans and race at non-profits, schools, and churches.
Liz has a PhD in clinical psychology, as well as master’s degrees in psychology and theology, from Fuller Theological Seminary.  Previously, she taught in Fuller’s Graduate School of Psychology. She lives with her husband and son in the San Francisco Bay Area.
